Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS Ground Advantage as our standard shipping method, which typically delivers within 3 to 4 business days once shipped. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping Offers
We may offer free shipping promotions. Any active promotion will be clearly displayed on our website or in your cart at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to support you in resolving these issues to the best of our ability.
Damages or Issues on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your products arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@bluerosemaryco.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
